Facts: The Former-Wife engaged in
a regular pattern of alienating the minor child from the
Father. The Father filed his Motion for Contempt
pointing out this fact. The Mother attempted to claim
that it was the Father that was not following the
agreement and not picking up the child when he was to
exercise his court ordered visitation. Our investigation
revealed numerous inconsistencies and false statements
contained in the Mother’s allegations all of which were
presented to the Court.
